Job summary

Sanofi Rare Blood Disorders is seeking a Thought Leader Liaison to engage KOLs and healthcare professionals, informing market development for SM and ITP. The role emphasizes on-label interactions, multi-disciplinary collaboration, and cross-functional support with Medical, Marketing, and Sales teams.

The TLL will travel 60–80% and reside within the assigned territory, coordinating with HQ and regional teams to shape brand strategy and educational programs for rare hematology portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in field sales, product marketing, or medical/clinical within pharma/biotech.
• Experience interacting with KOLs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, profile and engage KOLs and leaders in hematology and allergy/immunology.
• Develop regional market development plans for SM and ITP.
• Lead regional marketing initiatives and advisory activities.
• Coordinate speaker programs, trainings and cross-functional projects.
