Job summary

You will shape on-label education programs, identify and nurture KOL partnerships, and collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Sales to inform brand strategy and program design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years in field sales, product marketing, or clinical roles in life sciences.
• Experience with KOLs/HCPs and regional market development.
• Ability to travel 60–80% and reside in the territory.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage KOLs to inform market development strategies.
• Develop regional marketing initiatives and advisory boards.
• Coordinate speaker bureau programs and logistics.
• Support congress planning and customer engagement at conferences.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Sales.
