You will oversee operations, guide staff, and drive process improvements in a regulated banking environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration with risk partners and business lines, ensuring compliant operations, documentation, and reporting for audits and governance forums.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 6+ years of experience in Third-Party / Vendor Risk Management or similar field.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations and regulatory obligations.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex operational projects within the Third-Party Risk & Controls program.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and oversee Operations personnel and possibly a small team.
• Drive process improvements and ensure consistency across third-party processes and controls.
• Support audits, regulatory activities, and issue remediation.
• Develop and deliver TPRC presentations and reporting for committees/exams.
