Western Alliance Bank seeks a First Line Risk Control Senior Analyst to support and/or execute risk programs, engaging with business units to manage risks and controls across all risk types. You will communicate between Risk Management and business units, and prepare risk updates with data from various sources.

The role requires 4 years of risk-related experience and a Bachelor's degree, with knowledge of banking operations and regulatory obligations, plus process-mapping proficiency.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, Internal Audit or similar field.

Responsibilities

• Support and/or execute risk programs in line with risk appetite and corporate strategy.
• Engage with business units to manage risks and controls across risk types.
• Communicate between Risk Management and business units as an effective channel.
• Prepare and refresh Risk and Control updates from data from multiple sources.
