Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Focus or coursework in heat transfer, fluid dynamics, or thermal systems.
• Laboratory experience and graduate research in thermal-fluid sciences preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support design and development of thermal management systems including liquid cooling and two-phase cooling.
• Develop and apply thermal-fluid modeling tools for system-level performance prediction.
• Implement machine learning and data-driven methods.
• Support DOE, instrumentation, DAQ, and experimental validation.
• Create CAD models and engineering documentation (SolidWorks, P&IDs).
• Collaborate with senior engineers to evaluate new cooling technologies and improve efficiency.
