Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Sr. Technical Solution Specialist - Integrated Thermal Systems to lead field deployments of Vertiv One Core systems in Westerville, OH.

You will act as a technical liaison among service deployment, product, and engineering teams to resolve complex issues and ensure smooth startup of AI-ready cooling infrastructure. You will mentor the deployment team, work with R&D to integrate emerging cooling technologies, and strive to shorten deployment time while ensuring high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Data Center Engineering, or a related field required.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of five years experience interacting with customers on a technical level required.
• Experience with fluid analysis and water quality management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead support of AI data center solutions including cooling modules and hydro systems.
• Mentor and support team members to promote technical growth.
• Collaborate with R&D to integrate Direct Liquid Cooling and other technologies.
• Improve deployment processes to reduce on-site labor and deployment time.
• Diagnose cooling and monitoring system performance across networks and CDU systems.
