Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Engineering required.
• 10+ years post-silicon experience in power and performance analysis of complex SoCs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with server thermal and electrical requirements.
• Understanding of ARM SoC concepts and architecture specs.

Responsibilities

• Identify thermal and electrical requirements and lead investigations.
• Develop next-gen thermal and limits management strategies.
• Conduct system/ silicon level thermal and power testing.
• Collaborate with power and performance teams to optimize trade-offs.
• Define analysis plans for CPU, GPU, AI/ML workloads and multi-workload scenarios.
• Mentor engineers and manage multiple programs.
• Plan tasks, priorities, and progress tracking.
• Develop automation and leverage AI tools for the team.
• Prepare reports for product teams up to senior executives.
