Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Engineering.
• 10+ years post-silicon experience in power and performance analysis of complex SoCs.
• 3+ years interaction with senior leadership (Sr. Director, VP level and above).
• Strong programming in Python and C/C++.
• Knowledge of ARM v8/v9 and SoC concepts, benchmarks.

Responsibilities

• Enable, profile and analyze complex concurrent system use-cases in emulation and software environments (Android/Linux/Windows).
• Define performance and power analysis plans for CPU, GPU, AI workloads and concurrent scenarios.
• Identify areas of performance optimization in the SoC for software and hardware architectures.
• Direct triage of complex performance issues and present results to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement power, performance and thermal solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers across multiple programs.
• Prepare clear reports and recommendations for executives and product teams.
• Define and develop automation to improve team efficiency.
