Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Thermal Generations Project Manager to support projects in Phoenix, AZ, along with Overland Park, KS and Houston, TX. You will lead cross‑functional teams to deliver scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring safety and quality.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field and 12+ years of project management experience in A/E/C. Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and effective communication are essential; occasional

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related major, or equivalent experience.
12+ years of post-education experience in a project management role within the industry.
Strong understanding of project delivery processes in A/E/C with leadership experience.
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Provide PM leadership for large, complex projects including budgets, forecasts, margins and KPIs.
Develop strategies to engage stakeholders and report progress to clients.
Assist with contract reviews, risk mitigation, and pricing discussions.
Lead technical reviews and ensure QA/QC adherence.
Mentor staff and manage project resources and subcontracting.
