You will apply hands-on plant experience to assess design, operations, and performance and deliver decision-grade guidance to developers, owners, lenders, and investors. The role spans North America with a dynamic hybrid schedule, requiring collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and clients to translate technical findings into actionable

Qualifications

• This role requires senior thermal power engineering excellence with practical operating and design knowledge.
• Experience supporting M&A, independent engineering, and owner’s engineering engagements is preferred.
• Strong ability to translate technical findings into decision-grade advice for investors and developers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the thermal technical lead across advisory engagements for gas/steam turbines and boiler systems.
• Lead evaluations of asset condition, performance, risks, and lifecycle considerations.
• Assess reliability, degradation, and maintenance strategies using field data and history.
• Support due diligence, contract reviews, and technical inputs to financial models.
