Job summary

Blue Origin seeks a Senior Manager to lead a structural-analyses team within the Thermal/Fluids domain on Lunar development programs. You will drive technical quality, staffing, and tool usage, while coordinating with product and program managers to align with project goals.

You will mentor engineers, advance safety culture, and contribute to roadmap planning, technology advancement, and cost reduction across the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience managing technical teams with focus on quality and career development.
• Experience in static structural, modal, random vibration, fatigue and damage tolerance.
• Strong understanding of analysis fundamentals from first principles.
• Experience as a Structural Integrity Lead or Analysis Lead.
• Communication of status and results to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of structural analysts responsible for Thermal/Fluids components.
• Coordinate project assignments with product team leads and project managers.
• Ensure technical quality and manage standards, processes, and tools.
• Foster staff training, growth, and career development.
• Provide technical input and roadmap planning for technology advancement.
