Blue Origin seeks a Senior Manager to lead a team of structural analysts focused on Thermal/Fluids components. You will own technical quality, standards, and tooling, coordinating with product teams to align priorities with business goals.

The role combines leadership with hands-on technical input, driving staff growth and future roadmap planning in a high-stakes aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical or Aerospace engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience managing technical teams with quality oversight.
• Experience with structural analysis fundamentals from first principles.
• Leadership in Structural Integrity or Analysis Lead roles preferred.
• Familiarity with Creo, FEA tools, GD&T, and environmental testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of structural analysts responsible for Thermal/Fluids components.
• Oversee technical quality, standards, processes, and tools for analysis.
• Coordinate with product team leads and project managers on priorities.
• Develop staff, track performance, and guide career growth.
