Job summary

Blue Origin LLC seeks a Manager - Thermal/Fluids Structural Analysis to lead a team responsible for the analysis and review of Thermal/Fluids core components. Lead with technical depth, mentor staff, and drive roadmaps for technology advancement.

You will coordinate with product teams, manage staffing, and ensure high-quality results while contributing to the Lunar Permanence program and Blue Moon landers.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Mechanical or Aerospace engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years managing technical teams with responsibility for technical quality and career management.
• Experience with static structural, modal, random vibration, Fatigue and Damage Tolerance.
• Strong understanding of analysis from first principles.
• Experience as a Structural Integrity Lead/Delegate/Analysis Lead.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of structural analysts responsible for Thermal/Fluids core components and products.
• Coordinate project assignments with product teams and managers.
• Hire, develop, and coach staff; manage performance and growth.
• Provide technical input on structure integrity methods and roadmaps.
• Ensure tools, standards, and processes support complex analyses.
