Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
• 8+ years of relevant experience in thermal analysis or related field.
• Experience leading a team of thermal analysts on major programs.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform hand calculations to scope higher-detail analyses.
• Conduct detailed thermal analyses to address program challenges.
• Generate test plans to validate analyses and verify hardware compliance.
• Analyze test data to validate and correlate models.
• Lead analysis/test teams and review work with peers for accuracy.
