Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 8+ years of relevant thermal experience.
- Strong background in thermal analysis with major tools.
- Experience leading thermal analysts on large programs.
Responsibilities
- Perform hand calculations to scope higher detail models.
- Conduct detailed thermal analyses for program challenges.
- Generate test plans to validate analyses and hardware.
- Analyze test data to validate and correlate models.
- Lead analysis/test teams and review work with peers.
- Present results to customers and stakeholders.
- Document work thoroughly for reference and audits.
- Plan and support tests, data reduction and model correlation.
