Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 8+ years in a similar function/industry including finance, FP&A, commercial management, project management, or consulting.
• Operational/engineering experience in thermal or related energy sector.
• Experience with financial metrics (NPV, IRR, DCF).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Some travel is required.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with site-based and corporate O&M staff to optimize thermal asset performance and maintenance planning.
• Evaluate and improve operational performance with engineering teams.
• Participate in contract development with outside vendors and negotiate contracts.
• Lead dispute negotiations with contractual counterparts.
• Develop annual budgets and perform variance analyses for EBITDA and distributions.
• Assist in cash flow forecasting and financial modeling for generation assets.
• Develop reports on asset performance for investors and lenders.
• Support commercial team on bids and market strategy.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and project agreements.
