Invenergy, LLC in Chicago seeks a Director of Thermal Asset Management to maximize asset profitability. You will lead a team of asset managers, oversee a portfolio of thermal assets, and coordinate with Portfolio Finance on budgets, forecasts, and cash flow models.

You will ensure contract compliance and drive value through strategic opportunities. The role requires a strong background in finance, 10+ years in related fields, and excellent communication.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline and coursework in Finance or Accounting.
• 10+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, asset management, or related fields.
• Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Experience writing, negotiating, and managing contracts.
• Experience creating and managing budgets and performing financial modeling.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, develop, and coach a team of asset managers.
• Manage a portfolio of thermal assets and oversee assets via direct reports.
• Manage lender relationships with Portfolio Finance for thermal projects.
• Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow models.
• Develop long-term asset planning strategy to optimize economics and performance.
