Job summary

Rogers Memorial Hospital, Inc. seeks licensed therapists to lead individual, group, and family therapy within an interdisciplinary team in an acute care setting. The role emphasizes evidence-based practices, treatment planning, and ongoing supervision of junior staff and interns.

The position requires a Master’s in Social Work or related field, state licensure, and experience in psychiatric care; a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, or related field, from an accredited school.
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC-IT) or Marriage and Family Therapist Training License (MFT-TL) or equivalent in state practicing.
• Experience in health care and in a psychiatric setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions using CBT/DBT or family therapy.
• Assess patients’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide counseling and support, teaching self-care strategies and treatment options.
• Document patient progress with accurate records and required timeframes.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers to coordinate care.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Engage in supervision of interns and newer staff; participate in staff trainings.
