Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health is seeking a licensed Therapist to lead an interdisciplinary team and deliver direct social services to patients and their families. You will apply CBT, DBT, and family therapy to support stabilization and recovery, while supervising and mentoring junior staff and interns.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field with 2+ years in health care.
• Full, independent licensure as LPC/LMFT/LCSW or equivalent.
• Experience with CBT/DBT and family therapy; supervision ability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address patients' needs.
• Assess patients' needs through comprehensive assessments and strength findings.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and lead treatment team meetings.
• Provide counseling and support using evidence-based techniques in sessions and in milieu.
• Educate patients about mental health and treatment options to support engagement.
• Document patient progress and ensure timely records completion.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, case managers to coordinate care.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and supervision as needed.
• Support program initiatives and lead clinical projects for system-wide improvements.
