Rogers Behavioral Health seeks a licensed therapist to provide individual, group, and family therapy in an acute care setting. You will assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and nurses to coordinate care.

The role emphasizes evidence-based therapies (CBT/DBT) and ongoing professional development, with a focus on patient safety and ethical care within inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient services.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field with healthcare/psychiatric experience.
• Full independent licensure (LPC/LMFT/LCSW) in state practicing; cross-training across programs preferred.
• Wisconsin-specific substance use credentialing (SAC-IT/CSAC) if applicable during employment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address patient needs.
• Assess patients’ mental health concerns and strengths for treatment planning.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and coordinate with the treatment team.
