Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health in Wisconsin seeks a licensed mental health therapist to provide individual, group, and family therapy across inpatient and outpatient programs. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans, document progress, and support patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field with healthcare psychiatry experience preferred.
• Full, independent licensure as LPC, LMFT, LCSW or equivalent in state practicing.
• Cross-train in minimum two other programs/levels of care.
• Working knowledge of therapeutic interventions for all age groups.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Assess patients' needs and develop treatment plans.
• Provide counseling and support using evidence-based techniques.
• Document patient progress and ensure timely records.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers to coordinate care.
• Maintain ethical guidelines and patient confidentiality.
• Engage in continuing education and supervise interns/less experienced staff.
