Zusammenfassung

Rogers Behavioral Health seeks licensed therapists to lead individual, group, and family therapies in an acute care setting. You will use CBT, DBT, and family-based approaches to support patient stabilization and recovery.

You will supervise and train less experienced therapists and student interns while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and improve outcomes. The role includes adherence to regulatory standards and ongoing professional development.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field with licensure in state practicing
• Two+ years in health care and at least two years in a psychiatric setting
• Licensed as LPC/LMFT/LCSW or equivalent; SAC/SAC-IT may be required in WI

Aufgaben

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions
• Assess patients to identify mental health concerns
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Document patient progress and ensure timely records
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers
• Provide training and supervision to junior therapists and interns
• Participate in program development and system-wide initiatives
• Uphold ethical standards and ensure patient safety
