Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Professional experience in engine development testing – performance/validation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engine performance, validation, and certification tests with safety-driven approach.
• Plan and execute test setups and data acquisition per program goals.
• Procure and install validation hardware and instrumentation.
• Ensure test readiness including engine install, calibrations, facility, and equipment.
• Guide cell operators to conduct tests across multiple shifts.
• Investigate and document hardware/test cell issues.
• Analyze test data for engine/test cell health and data quality.
• Document results to technical and program leadership.
• Work in accordance with ISO 17025 processes.
