Responsibilities
- Lead NPI controls development for machine applications from requirements to delivery.
- Develop and integrate drivetrain control solutions for transmissions and actuators.
- Define verification strategies and data review approaches across simulations and machines.
- Drive technology transformation projects to improve quality and efficiency.
- Apply systems engineering to balance performance, durability, and cost.
- Coordinate with global teams for design reviews and software releases.
- Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, controls, software, and validation teams.
- Drive data analysis, root cause investigation, and corrective actions.
- Contribute to standard work and continuous improvement.
