You will lead validation efforts for new product introductions and ongoing product improvements, coordinating with internal teams and external labs to ensure safe, reliable testing of energy and powertrain solutions.

Domestic travel up to 10% is required and relocation assistance is offered. This onsite role requires five days per week in the office and sponsorship is not available for foreign

Qualifications

• Requires leading validation projects with internal/external labs and coordinating resources.
• Translating requirements into test plans and ensuring product quality across NPI and in-production improvements.
• Experience with power conversion/high-voltage systems and electrical work is a plus.
