Job summary

Benchmark is seeking a Test Technician in Minnesota to provide support and debugging for test processes in manufacturing. You will perform debug/test assemblies, maintain testers, and help train test operators while collaborating with engineers on process improvements.

The role emphasizes quality, safety, and the ability to work with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment. A technical degree and strong analytical skills are valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in test or manufacturing roles.
• Two year Engineering or Technical degree preferred or equivalent.
• Good analytical and communication skills; ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Performs debug and test assemblies to component level using schematics.
• Maintains testers and supports equipment upkeep.
• Troubleshoots operator problems; trains and supports Test operators.
• Communicates issues to Test Engineer or leadership.
• Participates in root-cause analysis and experiments for failure analysis.
• Supports Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen continuous improvement.
