Benchmark is seeking a Test Technician to support and debug test processes in manufacturing. You will assist the Test Technician Supervisor with day-to-day operations, lead projects, and solve problems for junior Technicians. This role emphasizes mentorship, collaboration, and safety in a dynamic environment.

• 8+ years of experience; 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Ability to provide various levels of engineer quality work.
• Excellent presentation skills.

• Ability to work on the most complex products and issues
