Responsibilities

Performs debug and test assemblies to component level using diagrams and schematics
Maintains testers and equipment
Troubleshoots operator problems and works with leadership on improvements
Provides training and ongoing support to Test operators
Communicates problems to Test Engineer or leader
Assists in experiments for failure analysis and root cause analysis
Recommends additional equipment needs to leadership and Test Engineers
Participates in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen improvement activities
Follows security policies and performs other duties as assigned
Works on problems of moderate scope with defined procedures
Develops professionally and applies company policies to resolve issues
Receives general instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on new projects
