Job summary

Raytheon in the United States is seeking a Test Solutions, Senior Principal Program Lead with a decade of hardware engineering leadership. You will guide cross‑functional teams from design through deployment, manage capital TE metrics, and drive long-range planning and proposals to meet program objectives.

This is an onsite role supporting DoD mission systems. The role emphasizes strong EVM discipline, IMS baselining, and collaboration with program managers and engineers to deliver complex test

Qualifications

• Bachelors or higher in STEM with extensive leadership experience.
• Minimum 10 years leading mid- to large-scale technical teams and projects.
• Experience with EVM and baselining IMS for projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects and teams from TE Startup to Factory Deployment.
• Understand scope, factory and program needs of programs.
• Drive long-range planning for capital TE.
• Lead TE proposal efforts supporting the Engineering / Operations Long Range Plan.
• Follow TE EAC process for scope and metric generation.
• Collaborate with multi-discipline teams in operation, testing, and troubleshooting of systems.
• Interact with Program Managers, Chief Engineers, CPT/IPT Leads for program objectives.
