Job summary

Raytheon in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Test Equipment Software Lead for on-site factory support of weapon system products. You will design, develop and integrate software using C#, C++, and Visual Studio on Windows, while leading a multidisciplinary team.

You will mentor engineers, drive software requirements, and ensure factory readiness with robust test solutions across programs. This 100% onsite role offers relocation assistance and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in STEM and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced degree with minimum 5 years experience.
Experience in developing and integrating software using languages including ATEasy, C++, C#, Java, Python or Visual Basic.
Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Visual Studio is required.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot software and test equipment instrumentation in CFTP solutions.
