Qualifications

• Requires STEM degree.
• 8+ years leading mid- to large-size technical teams.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and baseliningIntegrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Experience with bidding proposals and long-range planning.
• Active or ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects and teams from TE Startup to Factory Deployment.
• Understand scope, factory and program needs of programs.
• Drive and be involved in long range planning for capital TE.
• Lead TE proposal efforts supporting the Engineering / Operations Long Range Plan.
• Follow TE EAC process for scope execution and metric generation.
• Lead by example, adhere to, and ensure alignment with Raytheon values and behaviors.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams in the operation, testing, and troubleshooting of systems.
• Provide independent business health checks by evaluating capital execution metrics.
• Involvement in TS Center initiatives.
• Interact with Program Managers, Chief Engineers, Cross Product Team (CPT) / Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads, as well as other functional management to drive results to achieve program and business unit objectives.
