RTX’s Sensor Test Solutions Center is hiring a Test Equipment Program Lead to oversee capital TE scope across lifecycles, budgets, and EACs. You’ll guide program teams, drive planning, and ensure alignment with Raytheon values in a fast-paced, on-site role in Andover, MA.

This position requires a STEM degree, 8+ years of leadership in technical projects, and Secret clearance eligibility. On-site work with comprehensive benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• Requires a STEM degree and 8+ years leading mid- to large-sized technical teams.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and baselining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Experience with bidding proposals and long-range planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects and TE teams from startup to deployment.
• Understand program needs and advise on scope and factory requirements.
• Drive long-range planning for capital TE and participate in TE proposals.
