Job summary

Raytheon, a leader in defense technology, is seeking a Principal Specialist Hardware Test Engineer for the Fort Wayne site. You will lead problem solving for complex electronic modules, design test solutions, and implement automated testing with LabVIEW-based tooling.

You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, prepare technical documentation, and drive improvements in test coverage, reliability, and manufacturability across programs. This role is onsite in Fort Wayne, IN.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience testing electronics like PCBs and circuit card assemblies; read schematics.
• Developing GUI or test software (TPS) and maintaining it.

Responsibilities

• Lead problem solving for complex electronic modules and test solutions.
• Support system integration, test, and acceptance of production hardware.
• Evaluate performance of developmental electronic systems and signal processing subsystems.
• Collaborate with design teams and leadership to present findings.
