Raytheon Technologies seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer on the Testability team within the Hardware Discipline Directorate. You will help develop test requirements and analyses for missile-level systems, from CCAs to guidance sections and all-up rounds, ensuring robust testability across programs.

This is a hands-on role with cross‑functional collaboration in a high‑stakes environment, onsite in Tucson, AZ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience, or MS degree with at least 3 years.
• Experience in test systems requirements definition.
• Experience with Test Equipment development process across the lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop test processes, requirements, and testability concepts.
• Evaluate schematics and testability for fault isolation and test access.
• Collaborate across engineering teams to define Test Environment capabilities and requirements.
• Manage schedules and resources to meet milestones.
