Job summary

Credence seeks a senior Test Manager for the B-52 Division (WBD) to support the AFLCMC WBD at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. You will lead test and evaluation programs across requirements, planning, and execution, ensuring readiness and risk management for critical USAF systems.

The role requires a Top Secret clearance, 10+ years in T&E, and strong DoD program experience, with on-site leadership and collaboration across government and contractors.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret (or higher) clearance
• Minimum 10 years in Test & Evaluation (T&E)
• Experience with DoD programs and AF/T&E processes
• Ability to translate requirements into test objectives and plans

Responsibilities

• Apply T&E knowledge to support USAF systems and equipment
• Lead and manage T&E programs from requirements to sustainment testing
• Develop TEMPs and test plans for approval
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans for T&E programs
• Coordinate with flight test programs and stakeholders to support OFP development
