Job summary

Credence is seeking a Flight Test and Evaluation Manager to support AFLCMC/WAM at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The role focuses on designing, planning, and executing test and evaluation activities for F-16 systems, coordinating with engineering, logistics, and the test community to ensure successful program milestones.

Ideal candidates have advanced degrees and extensive DoD/test program experience, with strong leadership and communication skills to drive cross-functional teams in high-stakes

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in a related field with extensive experience in defense/test programs.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field; substantial DoD/flight-test exposure also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, execute, analyze, and report flight test and evaluation activities for F-16 systems.
• Develop, maintain, and review test documentation and TEMP-related materials.
• Coordinate flight test activities with engineering, logistics, test community, and LDTO staff.
• Oversee cost, schedule, and resource planning for flight test programs and associated environments.
• Lead briefings, meetings, and action item tracking; prepare and distribute minutes.
