Job summary

Credence, located at Wright Patterson AFB, OH, seeks a senior Test Manager for the B-52 Div (WBD) to lead T&E efforts supporting USAF systems. You will manage on-site testing, develop TEMPs, and coordinate with government leads to ensure mission success and readiness.

The role requires DoD T&E expertise, avionics and weapons integration knowledge, and strong leadership in a fast-paced defense environment.

Qualifications

Must have an active Top Secret clearance (or higher), verifiable in the DISS system.
Ten years in Test & Evaluation (T&E), with emphasis in program management, test engineering, planning, execution, data analysis, reporting.
Experience with U.S. military aircraft, including OFP development and testing processes.
Knowledge of the DoD systems engineering process and project configuration management.
Expertise in avionics subsystem integration and weapons integration.
Knowledge of SEEK EAGLE stores certification processes and related test engineering.
Ability to pursue self-development to advance technical and management skill sets.

Responsibilities

Apply T&E knowledge to support acquisition and sustainment of USAF systems and equipment.
Provide on-site T&E support and lead programs from requirements through testing and sustainment.
Perform LDTO duties as needed per AFI 99-103 and DoDI 5000.89.
Identify T&E risk factors, document risks, and develop mitigation plans.
Translate program requirement documents into USAF and contracted test requirements.
Determine T&E infrastructure needs and resource advocacy.
Develop T&E strategies for assigned programs and create TEMPs and test plans.
Document test strategies for program records and approvals.
Manage test resources, budgets, schedules, and risk documentation.
Ensure test readiness and effective communication with stakeholders.
Provide T&E inputs into technical and program reviews for decision making.
Capture lessons learned to improve future T&E programs.
