Job summary

Credence Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a Flight Test and Evaluation Manager at principal level to support the AFLCMC/WAM F-16 division at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The role involves coordinating test planning, execution, and reporting across multiple bases and partners, ensuring compliance with program milestones and customer requirements.

You will lead the design and analysis of test programs, prepare documentation, and liaise with engineers, logisticians, and government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must have at least an active top secret clearance.
• Master's or Doctoral Degree in a related field and a minimum of twenty (20) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline, at least twelve (12) in the DoW/DoD.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and a minimum of twenty-five (25) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline, fifteen (15) in the DoW/DoD.
• Thirty (30) years of directly related experience with proper certifications, twenty (20) of which must be in the DoW/DoD.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience planning or conducting military flight test programs.
• Expertise in planning, directing, and integrating all aspects of the test and evaluation functions pertaining to the development, acquisition, and deployment of aeronautical weapons systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, planning, execution, analysis and reporting phases of test and evaluation for F-16 systems.
• Assist to prepare and review test documentation for compliance and improvement.
• Assist to develop plans to support flight test programs for FMS programs across production and modification efforts.
• Support management of all phases of flight test program and analyze performance of aeronautical systems and equipment.
• Assist in coordinating test requirements and deliverables with stakeholders and government staff.
• Develop measurement of performance and effectiveness and forecast requirements for flight test resources.
