Job summary

Credence seeks a Flight Test and Evaluation Manager at principal level to support AFLCMC/WAM. The role centers on leading the flight test program for F-16 systems across multiple bases, coordinating with engineering, logistics and government stakeholders to ensure compliant, efficient test execution.

The ideal candidate has top-secret clearance and extensive DoD test program experience, with leadership capabilities to guide cross-functional teams through complex milestones and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• Advanced degree or decades of DoD-related test experience.
• Ability to lead complex flight test programs across sites.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, execute, analyze and report test phases for F-16 systems.
• Prepare and review test docs for adequacy and requirements compliance.
• Coordinate flight test activities with engineering, logistics and test teams.
• Develop master test plans, schedules and performance measures.
• Support cost, schedule and risk management for test programs.
