Credence is seeking a Senior Test Manager for the B-52 Div (WBD) to support USAF acquisition and sustainment programs at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role emphasizes leading T&E activities, developing TEMPs, and coordinating with government leads to ensure mission-critical testing and risk management.

Candidates should have extensive T&E and DoD program management experience, plus the ability to navigate complex test environments and maintain certification readiness.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• 10+ years in Test & Evaluation with DoD exposure.
• Master's/Doctorate or Bachelor's with DoD experience.
• Ability to obtain T&E certifications up to Level 3.

Responsabilités

• Apply T&E knowledge to support acquisition and sustainment of USAF systems.
• Provide on-site T&E support and lead T&E programs from requirements through testing and sustainment.
• Develop TEMPs, test plans, and program documentation for approval.
• Manage T&E resources, schedules, funding, and risk.
• Coordinate with flight test programs and test agencies for IMS and OFP development.
