Job summary

Credence Management Solutions, LLC seeks a Senior Program Manager B-2 (WBZ) to oversee modernization, testing, production, fielding and sustainment of B-2 aircraft systems at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role focuses on USAF acquisition programs, risk management, and IPT/PIWG collaboration to deliver complex defense capabilities.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in a related field with 10+ years DoD experience.
• Bachelor's in a related field with 12+ years DoD experience; five years in DoD preferred.
• 15 years direct related DoD experience with qualifying certifications.

Responsibilities

• Apply program management policies and procedures to USAF systems throughout their life cycles.
• Support acquisition management activities for current and future F/B Directorate aircraft programs.
• Coordinate documentation across financial management, contracting, configuration, engineering, and logistics.
• Assist in consolidating inputs for program milestones and planning.
• Provide risk management, project management, and logistics support within IPTs and PIWGs.
• Collect inputs from life cycles including research, development, production, test, fielding, and sustainment.
• Support non-voting advisory roles for program source selections and communicate recommendations.
• Develop responses to taskers and assist in inquiries to senior management.
• Support Urgent Operational Needs (UON/JUON) with test concepts, integration levels, and trade-offs.
• Produce or review milestones, acquisition plans, and related program documents.
• Support MSAs, TMRR, EMD, Production/Deployment, and O&S milestone activities.
• Prepare scheduling documentation (IMP/IMS) and reporting frameworks for events.
• Develop and maintain integrated program schedules and risk assessments.

Education

Master's or Doctorate degree in a related field with 10 years DoD experience

Bachelor's degree in a related field with 12 years DoD experience

15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications in DoD context
