Job summary

Astrion seeks a Test and Evaluation Manager (Principal) to lead complex FMS test activities at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. You will guide test planning, coordination with DoD partners, and oversight of avionics and weapons integration, ensuring programs meet requirements and schedules.

Qualifications

• Requires decades of DoD/test management experience and ability to lead complex programs.
• Ability to develop and oversee test plans, evaluations, and certifications for mission-critical systems.
• Strong understanding of DoD and USAF acquisition processes and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage complex FMS test tasks from planning to execution.
• Interface with DCMA, FMS partners, and test organizations to resolve issues.
• Support avionics and weapon systems integration, CONOPS development, and OTDR documentation.
• Provide expert-level recommendations to achieve program outcomes in testing environments.
• Develop and maintain test plans and documentation across acquisition phases.
