Job summary

KBR's National Security Solutions team is seeking a seasoned B-52 Test Manager to lead Test & Evaluation across USAF programs at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. You will shape test strategies, manage resources, and deliver evaluation reports for critical national security systems.

Role requires 12+ years of USAF/DoD T&E experience, active Top Secret clearance, and deep knowledge of AFI 99-103 and DoDI 5000.89. You will coordinate with government and contractor teams to ensure readiness and mission

Qualifications

• 12+ years of USAF/DoD Test & Evaluation experience.
• Clearance: Top Secret required.
• Experience developing TEMPs, test plans, and reporting.
• Knowledge of AFI 99-103 and DoDI 5000.89.
• Strong avionics and weapons integration understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full T&E lifecycle across development and operational testing.
• Develop test strategies, schedules, and resources with ITT and stakeholders.
• Produce decision-quality reports for leadership and milestones.
• Coordinate DT&E/OT&E activities and test resource allocation.
• Oversee data collection and analysis to verify test design adequacy.
