Job summary

Credence Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Software and Hardware Test Support in Ohio to assist AFLCMC/WAM with fighter weapons system test activities at Wright-Patterson AFB. The role emphasizes test documentation, airworthiness considerations, DT&E/OT&E coordination, and collaboration with government and contractor teams.

The position requires active TS clearance, DoD/test engineering expertise, and the ability to coordinate across multiple test ranges and facilities to ensure

Qualifications

• Active top secret clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s or higher in a related field with 12+ years of DoD experience (or 15 years if no DoD).
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in a related field with 10+ years of DoD experience.
• Minimum of three years planning or conducting military flight test programs.
• Expertise in planning, directing and integrating test and evaluation functions for aeronautical weapons systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist development of test documentation such as test releases and airworthiness memorandums and schedule test resources.
• Coordinate documentation from vendors for software release, flight safety memos, and flight approvals.
• Develop and interpret Air Force Form 1067 and T-2 modifications for hardware/software fielding.
• Coordinate test requirements between prime contractor, program office, AFTC, and other test agencies.
• Support management of fighter weapons systems software development, test and fielding.
