The candidate will lead investigations, support production transition, and work within a team focused on cost, schedule, and technical requirements while adhering to DoD security standards. This is an onsite, U.S.-based opportunity.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with experience in electronics testing and verification.
• Experience with power and/or analog-oriented products, and hardware testing methods.
• Familiarity with circuit card assembly processes and specs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing and verification of power, analog, and digital electronics products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for development, integration, and sustainment of power systems and mixed-signal electronics.
• Design and implement test plans to ensure functionality and reliability.
• Lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions for test anomalies.
• Support transition from development to production, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Partner with program teams to meet cost, schedule, and technical requirements.
