Job summary

Astrion is seeking a Senior Test & Evaluation Support Manager to provide comprehensive T&E support at Gunter Maxwell AFB, AL. This full-time role requires a Secret clearance and involves developing test strategies, coordinating reviews, and ensuring rigorous testing across system life cycles.

Responsibilities include test automation planning, data analysis, KPI reporting, and collaboration with DoW and AF stakeholders. Strong background in Agile, DevSecOps, and automation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a related field with 10 years of experience, 5 years in DoW, OR
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 12 years of experience, 5 years in DoW, OR
• 15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications, 8 in DoW.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, coordinate review and approval, and manage execution of test strategies, concepts, methodologies, plans, processes and procedures.
• Provide T&E expertise across DoW AF work frameworks and systems development life cycle guidance.
• Apply testing techniques and design of experiments methods.
• Support planning, implementation and execution of test automation using DevSecOps.
• Manage and support test execution, data collection, reduction, analysis and reporting.
• Review and report on KPIs, technical parameters and measures of effectiveness and performance.
