Job summary

Torch Technologies seeks a Senior Test & Evaluation professional to provide expert T&E support for DoW/Federal programs, including development and execution of test strategies and plans. Onsite at Gunter Maxwell AFB, AL, you will lead cross-functional teams across product lines and capability delivery teams, ensuring rigorous testing and reporting.

The role requires a U.S. citizenship, a related Master's or equivalent experience, and an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Master's Degree in a related field with at least 10 years of experience or equivalent.
• Active secret security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, coordinate review and approval, and manage execution of test strategy, concepts, plans, processes and procedures.
• Provide T&E-related expertise across DoW frameworks and SDLCs; advise and incorporate best practices.
• Apply STAT and DoE methods to evaluate test results and improve processes.
• Support plan, implement, and execute test automation leveraging DevSecOps.
• Manage test execution, data gathering, reduction, analysis, and reporting.
• Review KPIs/CTPs and performance measures for improvements.
