Job summary

The Boeing Company in Oklahoma City seeks a Senior Test & Evaluation Engineer to lead the Ground Test and Flight Test IPTs. You will develop integrated test plans, coordinate with program leadership, and ensure test readiness across multiple programs including B-1, B-52 sustainment and modernization efforts.

Qualifications include a BS in engineering or related field, 3+ years in system integration and test, and 1+ year in cost estimation and scheduling under EVM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, CS, math, or related field.
• 3+ years of system assembly, integration & test with requirements validation & verification.
• 1+ year of cost estimation and scheduling experience meeting EVM requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate comprehensive ITPs, T&E plans and documentation with traceability and metrics.
• Lead standardization of test methods, procedures, and processes for repeatability and continuous improvement.
• Integrate BT&E capabilities with IPTs, systems engineering, stakeholders, and external test organizations.
