Job summary

• BS degree in engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of system assembly, integration & test experience with requirements traceability.
• 1+ years of cost estimation and schedule development for EVM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate Program ITP and T&E plans with verification metrics.
• Lead development and standardization of test methods and processes.
• Integrate BT&E capabilities with IPTs and external partners.
• Manage the Test Program baseline and change management.
• Lead proposal efforts including BOE and basis of estimates.
• Serve on Test Mission Assurance Readiness Review board.
• Oversee test data analysis and approve data for delivery.
