Qualifications

• Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance required.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or related field
• At least one year of leadership experience OR completion of Boeing leadership course
• Experience in developmental, certification, or operational flight/test environments
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM), program execution, or integrated scheduling
• Willing and able to travel 30% of the time, domestically and internationally

Responsibilities

• Develop and coach a diverse team of engineers and operators through guidance, performance management, mentoring, and career development
• Lead planning, integration, and execution of lab, ground, and flight tests ensuring compliance with processes and customer requirements
• Partner with stakeholders to drive integrated program execution and resolve technical challenges
• Manage staffing, resource planning, workload balancing, and EVM to meet business needs
• Identify, assess, develop, and mitigate technical, schedule, and program risks with data‑driven decisions
• Provide guidance and drive continuous improvement for operational effectiveness
